PM: Upsetting that warehouses have not been removed from Old Dhaka

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said its is disheartening that chemical warehouses have not been removed from Old Dhaka. She also advised everyone to help regarding the matter.
“I urge everyone to provide assistance,” she stated.
The prime minister has visited the survivors of the Chawkbazar fire incident that were admitted to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH).
She was speaking to the survivors of the fire at the DMCH burn unit when she delivered the statement.
Sheikh Hasina visited the hospital on Saturday around 10am to express her condolences to those affected.
The prime minister’s press wing released this information in a statement.
The devastating fire broke out at a chemical warehouse and raged through four adjacent buildings in the city’s Chawkbazar area, on Wednesday night, leaving 67 people killed and more than 50 others injured.
